Disease-specific iPS cells. iPS cells were established from the skin fibroblast of adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) patient using retrovirus vectors encoding OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4, and c-MYC.

疾患特異的iPS細胞株。 副腎白質ジストロフィー患者由来。HPS1096, HPS1097, HPS1098, HPS1099, HPS1100, HPS1101は同一人由来。Feeder free培養。緩慢冷却法保存。
